Repairs                        

Exchange, or Emergency PLC repair:
Texas Instruments 5TI, PM550 and 500 series PLC equipment is extensively stocked by iTech, to provide an emergency backup facility against plant or machinery breakdown.

2nd user PLC equipment:
2nd user TI PLC equipment is available for purchase, as spares, or to extend plant operations. Equipment has been fully rebuilt, and undergoes a full functional test, soak testing for 24 hours. Original batteries such as the 5TI Eternacell have been sourced, and obsolete chips such as 2532 5TI EPROM's, 5TI RAM are held in stock.

Normal PLC Repairs - "No fix - No fee"
A full "fixed price" repair service for obsolete PLC equipment, such as 5TI, PM550, 520/530 systems, 500 series I/O. In very rare cases equipment may be found to be unrepairable, due to corrosion of PCBs, parts missing, or damaged membrane keypads, and in these cases. 2nd user replacement equipment will then be offered.

Parts test only:
A "test Only" service is available at a nominal fee, plus any parts cost, e.g. batteries, etc.
